Note: this form is for hosting one-time events, from meeting up to collect signatures at a library to hosting a happy hour at a bar. If you're hosting a recurring event (eg, a happy hour every Saturday in June), you'll need to re-enter the info for each date. To host a event, you must confirm that you're able to comply with the petition collecting guidelines here, and that you'll ensure that anyone else collecting petition signatures will do the same. We'll send you all the resources you need!
